90-Day Love-It Guarantee

We want you to feel confident choosing your earrings. If they are not right for you, you may request a return or exchange within 90 days of delivery.

At-Home Try-On

You may briefly try the earrings on indoors to check the look and fit. To be eligible for a return, the item must be clean, undamaged, unaltered, and include all original components and packaging. Items worn outside, worn to an event, or showing signs of extended use are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at beverlymintdesigns@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Free U.S. Return Shipping

For eligible orders delivered within the United States, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost. International customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly at beverlymintdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
